Lenice Ojwang is a programme manager with over a decade of experience leading multi-stakeholder programmes in complex environments spanning forest, marine and coastal contexts. Her strength lies in translating strategy into implementable programmes, building strong partnerships, and ensuring delivery with impact at scale. I combine deep field grounding with regional perspective and the ability to align work with global frameworks and donor priorities. This allows her to design and lead programmes that are credible locally, scalable regionally, and relevant internationally. Her aspiration is to support HtH to move from projects to stronger portfolios, systems, and strategic partnerships that deliver transformative outcomes for people and nature Lenice holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in environmental science from Kenyatta University and a master鈥檚 degree in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology
